Will you contact my clients directly?
No. Your clients are yours. All communication goes through you. We do not reach out, introduce ourselves, or show up in your client’s inbox uninvited under any circumstances.
How do I submit and track work?
You get access to a client portal where you can submit tickets, track what is in progress, and see completed work. Email works too if you prefer that. We adapt to whatever fits how you operate.
What is the $200 CRM add-on for?
When we work inside your project management tool or CRM instead of our own system, there is real overhead involved: learning your platform, navigating your setup, and adapting to your workflow. The $200 per month covers that. It is a flat monthly add-on, not per project.
Is there a confidentiality agreement?
We operate with full discretion and do not discuss client work outside the scope of your project. We do not identify ourselves to your clients and we do not share details of our working relationship externally. If your situation calls for something more formal, bring it up on the call and we will talk through it.
Can I manage multiple clients under one plan?
Yes. Your hours are yours to use across one client or several. We just need clear task submissions so we can work efficiently without things getting tangled across accounts.
What if my workload is inconsistent month to month?
An hourly retainer is probably a better fit. You can also add hours at $50 per hour whenever you need them. Book a call and we will set up whatever structure actually makes sense for how you work.
What is the turnaround time on deliverables?
Design requests are completed in 12 to 24 hours. Technical work takes 1 to 2 business days. Larger projects get a clear timeline upfront before we start. White label clients get the same turnaround standards as every other client we work with.
Do you do white label SEO content?
Yes. Blog posts, pillar pages, and on-page SEO implementation are all available under the white label program. If you need pricing for content specifically, book a call and we will put together the right scope for your client’s needs.
