We are upfront about this because it matters. When you hire It’s Electra Digital for social media, you are hiring someone to do the work: design the graphics, write the captions, schedule the posts, and keep your accounts active and consistent.

We will share ideas, flag opportunities, and bring our experience to every post we create. But we are not a social media strategy agency. We do not run paid advertising campaigns and we do not specialize in follower growth tactics or analytics consulting.

Social Media Questions

What does "client provides raw content" mean?

It means you send us the photos, videos, or notes about what you want to post and we design the graphic, write the caption, and schedule it. You do not have to know how to make it look good. You just give us the raw material. If you do not have raw content to provide, we can help create it that is what the content creation hourly rate covers.

Do I have to approve posts before they go live?

Yes if that is your preference, no if you trust us to just handle it. We work however you are most comfortable. Most clients prefer a quick review before posting, especially when they are getting started. As we build a rhythm together, many move to a hands-off approach.

Which platforms do you work on?

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. We work across whatever combination makes sense for your business. Not every business needs every platform and we will give you an honest read on where to focus. Note that for TikTok, we support around your video content we do not produce videos from scratch.

Can you run paid ads for me?

No. Paid advertising is not something we specialize in. We refer paid social to Slay Social with Jen, who we trust completely. If you want to run ads alongside your organic content, we are happy to make that introduction.

What if I need a full social media strategy?

We will share ideas and flag what we think is working, but building a full social media strategy from scratch is not what we do. For that we refer to Pink Sheep Co, who specializes in organic social strategy for small businesses. We handle the execution once there is a strategy in place.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract required. Social media management is month-to-month. Give us one week’s notice before your next billing date if you need to cancel or change your package.

What if I need ongoing design and admin support beyond just social?

Our Virtual Assistant subscription includes social media graphics as part of a broader monthly hours package. If you need design, admin, tech setup, and social all under one flat rate, the VA program is probably a better fit than a standalone social package.
