STEP 02

Let Us Know You Referred Them

Send a quick email to christie@itselectra.com letting us know you sent someone our way. Include their name so we can connect the dots when they reach out.

STEP 03

Earn Your Credit

Once your referral signs on and pays their first invoice of $500 or more, we apply a $100 credit to your next invoice. Done. No waiting, no chasing.

An SEO package at any monthly tier ($650 and up)
A branding or brand development package of $500 or more
A white label engagement of $500 or more
Any combination of services with a first invoice of $500 or more

Does not qualify

One-off projects under $500 (a basic logo, TOPA, single graphic, etc.)
Referrals who are already in conversation with us before you introduce them
Referrals who do not mention your name or whose connection to you we cannot confirm
Your own additional services or plan upgrades

Program Terms

The Details in Plain Language

Credit, not cash

The $100 is applied as a credit to your next invoice. It cannot be paid out as cash or transferred to another account.

Paid after they pay

The credit is applied after your referral’s first invoice of $500 or more is paid in full. Not before.

Use it within 6 months

Credits must be applied within 6 months of being issued. After that they expire.

No limit on referrals

You can refer as many people as you like. Each qualifying referral earns you a separate $100 credit.

You must notify us

You need to email us before or when your referral reaches out so we can connect them to you. After the fact confirmations are harder to verify.

Program may change

We reserve the right to modify or end this program at any time. Referrals made before any change will be honored under the original terms.

2 Email us their name

Referral Program FAQ

Do I need to be a current client to refer someone?

No. Anyone can refer someone to It’s Electra Digital. The credit, however, is applied to your invoice with us. So if you are not currently a client, we will hold the credit on your account until you are. It never expires as long as you have an active engagement with us.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes. There is no limit. Each qualifying referral earns a separate $100 credit. Refer five people who all become clients and you have $500 in credits.

What if my referral books a TOPA or a small project first?

If their first paid engagement is under $500, it does not qualify right away. But if they later upgrade to a VA plan or a larger project, the credit kicks in at that point. Just make sure we know they came from you from the start.

How will I know when my credit has been applied?

We will email you when your referral’s first qualifying invoice is paid and let you know the credit has been applied to your account. You will see it reflected on your next invoice.

What if my referral is already talking to you?

If someone is already in conversation with us, the referral credit does not apply. The credit is for new introductions that would not have happened without you.
